Masterkey Services has worked closely with the ALC from the first day we moved into our brand new facilities, more than a year ago. They provided an excellent level of service during the Default Liability Period and supported us in achieving our goals, such as complying with various regulations and preventative maintenance. Masterkey’s human approach to facilities management has helped us maintain our infrastructure with a professional, hardworking and knowledgable team, backed with data analytics and constant reporting. We have known Masterkey on the ALC where we were the main contractor responsible for the construction process. During our defects liability period (DLP), we were having frequent meetings on site with Masterkey along with the user, and all defects/snags highlighted were being attended by us and checked by them. Now with the end of the DLP, Masterkey needs to tackle the issues themselves and they have proved in the past that they are able to do so due to their experienced personnel and good management.
